The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Engagement Coordinator Team Lead for the Same Day Access department in Columbus, OH. The role leads day-to-day Engagement Coordinator activities, mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth referral management and scheduling to support access to care.

Responsibilities include workflow development, quality improvement, staff training, and performance monitoring while collaborating with leadership to remove barriers and improve the admission experience for clients,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of relevant admin experience.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead team member of the Access & Engagement group, guiding daily operations.
• Provide mentoring and operational support to ensure efficient referral management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Support workflow development, quality improvement, staff training, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify barriers and improve the admission experience for clients, families, and referral sources.
