Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Eligibility & Access Liaison to join our Admissions and Engagement team. This role guides clients through Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal activities to ensure continued access to care and minimize disruptions.

Collaborating with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff, you will help clients transition into suitable programs and services while supporting redeterminations and ongoing access needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service related field is required.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the healthcare coverage process and Medicaid eligibility.
• Support enrollment, renewal activities, and redeterminations to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to ensure access to care.
• Help clients transition into programs and services that meet evolving needs.
