The Eligibility & Access Liaison is responsible for guiding clients through the healthcare coverage process and ensuring continued access to services through effective management of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal activities. This position partners with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to facilitate timely and cost-effective access to care.
