Job summary

The Buckeye Ranch in Central Ohio is seeking an Eligibility & Access Liaison to join our Admissions and Engagement team. The Eligibility & Access Liaison is responsible for guiding clients through the healthcare coverage process and ensuring continued access to services through effective management of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal activities.

You will partner with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to minimize coverage disruptions, support Medicaid

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a human service related field.
• You have two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the healthcare coverage process and ensure continued access to services by managing Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal activities.
• Partner with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to facilitate timely and cost-effective access to care.

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Eligibility & Access Liaison to join our Admissions and Engagement team. The Eligibility & Access Liaison is responsible for guiding clients through the healthcare coverage process and ensuring continued access to services through effective management of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal activities. This position partners with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to facilitate timely and cost-effective access to care. The role is instrumental in minimizing coverage disruptions, supporting Medicaid redeterminations, and helping clients transition seamlessly into available programs and services that meet their evolving healthcare needs.

Qualifications: Who you are:
