ManpowerGroup is seeking a Medicaid Customer Service Representative for our healthcare services client in Austin, onsite at 78727. You will support Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility, claims status, and program questions, handling high-volume inbound calls in a professional, timely manner.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of call center experience, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of high-volume inbound call center experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be able to work any assigned 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program-related questions.
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with problem resolution and customer inquiries.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and clearly in online systems.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics while transferring callers to appropriate departments when needed.
