Job summary

idexcel is seeking Customer Care Specialists to provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Clients and Providers regarding eligibility and claims. The role requires prompt and courteous responses to inquiries, documentation of encounters, and adherence to performance standards.

This position is located in Austin, Texas, with an hourly pay rate of $13.25 for a duration of more than 6 months. Applicants will undergo extensive training and are expected to support the Call Center operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Clients and/or Providers regarding eligibility and claims.
• Assist with problem resolution as needed.
• Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Document all encounters in online logs.
• Transfer callers to other Call Center units as needed.
• Meet individual performance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
