You will provide regular reports on assistance activity and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders. The role requires Medicaid or community health services experience, Indiana Navigator Certification, and a valid driver’s license with the Public Passenger designation, with typical hours 8a-5p,

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Medicaid or community health services experience required.
• Certifications: Indiana Navigator Certification.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with Public Passenger designation (PPL).

Responsabilités

• Assist clients in applying for federal and state healthcare programs.
• Guide applicants through program requirements and process.
• Furnish regular reports of assistance activity (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Demonstrate clear communication and good interpersonal skills in all interactions.
