The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Engagement Coordinator Team Lead for the Same Day Access department in Columbus, OH. The role leads day-to-day Engagement Coordinator activities, mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth referral management and scheduling to support access to care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years of relevant admin experience.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Proven computer skills.

The Engagement Coordinator Lead serves as a lead member of the Access & Engagement team while maintaining primary Engagement Coordinator responsibilities.
