Qualifications

• BA degree or any comparable combination of education and experience to perform duties.
• Degrees relating to social sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to determine needs.
• Conduct client intake and screen cases for proper service.
• Schedule and coordinate mediation sessions with volunteer mediators.
• Prepare and maintain client files.
• Maintain confidentiality of all case activity and client information.
• Notify clients about fee payments and case status; prepare for mediation.
• Gather and file client mediation evaluations.
• Assist in planning training classes, workshops, and meetings.
• Order, purchase and maintain program equipment and supplies.
