Job summary

WMOR in Tampa, FL offers an entry-level Sales Account Associate position as part of a 9–12 month training program designed to develop candidates into Sales Account Executives. You will learn all facets of local television sales while building your skills in proposals, presentations and client communications, under the Sales Manager.

You will train with top producers, develop software skills (WideOrbit, Matrix), and work with Nielsen data to inform campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle time-sensitive projects.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• In-person attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department.
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests.
• Communicate with sales, production, finance and external clients on campaign performance and delivery.
• Enter and maintain all orders including electronic transfers and WideOrbit entries.
• Manage the sales database.
