Job summary

Hearst Communications, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is launching an entry-level Sales Account Associate training program to develop future Account Executives for Gulf Coast NBC/ABC.

You will train across local linear and digital television sales, reporting to the Director of Sales, with hands-on learning and role play. Responsibilities include assisting proposals, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with sales and production teams on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be organized and focused to handle time-sensitive projects.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex spreadsheets is expected.
• Demonstrated enterprise spirit with a goal to advance to Account Executive in 9–12 months.
• Experience in customer-facing or sales support roles is a plus.

Responsibilities
