• Enter and modify sales orders for television properties.
• Submit cash statements and process billing invoices as needed.
• Maintain and update weekly TV programming schedules.
• Scan, organize, and file active orders for administrative purposes.
• Coordinate with promotions, production, and internal departments to support campaign execution.
• Answer and direct inbound telephone calls in a professional manner.
• Provide general administrative support and complete additional office tasks as assigned.
