Responsibilities include processing sales orders, handling invoices, maintaining programming schedules, organizing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and providing general office support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an office or administrative support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach
• Prior media industry and/or WideOrbit experience is a plus

Fort Myers Broadcasting Company has an immediate opening for an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role provides essential clerical, administrative, and statistical support to the TV Sales department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements
