• 3–5 years of photo and video production experience.
• Experience with production scheduling, call sheets, talent and location coordination.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate photo and video productions from pre-production through final delivery.
• Build and maintain production schedules, timelines, shot lists, and call sheets.
• Coordinate talent, locations, travel arrangements, equipment, and production logistics.
• Communicate project details to internal teams and external partners.
• Source vendors, freelancers, and other production resources.
• Track milestones and follow up to keep productions on schedule.
• Organize production files, assets, releases, and final deliverables.
• Support producers and creative leaders with planning and execution.
• Anticipate scheduling or logistical challenges and develop solutions.
• Manage multiple productions and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Help improve production processes and communication across departments.
