Job summary

Antenna Group is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of video productions, ensuring smooth workflows and cost-efficient delivery in a fast-paced digital media environment.

The role involves organizing shooting schedules, coordinating with directors and crew, managing budgets and post-production timelines, and solving on-set challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production, Media Production, Audiovisual Arts, Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficient with project management and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Fluent in Greek & English, both written and spoken
• High ethical standards fitting with the values of Antenna Group

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate end-to-end shooting schedules, call sheets, locations, and equipment logistics
• Serve as the main point of contact between creative teams, directors, crew, and external talent
• Manage production budgets, vendor agreements, and post-production timelines
• Troubleshoot on-set challenges to ensure shoots run efficiently and stay on schedule
