Job summary

Selkirk Sport is seeking a highly organized Media Production Coordinator to support photo and video productions from start to finish. This role, based in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area, will require travel for productions and events, collaborating with producers, editors, and cross-functional teams.

You will manage schedules, call sheets, talent and locations, and oversee vendors and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on time and aligned with campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience coordinating photo, video, or other media productions.
• Hands-on experience with production scheduling, call sheets, talent and location coordination.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate photo and video productions from pre-production through final delivery.
• Build and maintain production schedules, timelines, shot lists, and call sheets.
• Coordinate talent, locations, travel arrangements, equipment, and production logistics.
• Communicate project details and deadlines to teams and partners.
• Source and coordinate vendors, freelancers, and other resources.
• Track milestones and ensure productions stay on schedule.
• Organize production files, assets, releases, and final deliverables.
• Support producers and creative leaders with day-to-day planning and execution.
• Anticipate scheduling or logistical challenges and develop solutions.
• Manage multiple productions and shifting priorities with accuracy.
