Job Summary

Selkirk Sport is looking for a highly organized and proactive Media Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of photo and video productions from start to finish. This position is based in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area, with occasional travel required for productions, events, and other business needs.

In this role, you’ll manage the details that keep production moving—coordinating schedules, talent, locations, travel, vendors, call sheets, logistics, and final deliverables. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, creative leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with campaign goals.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of photo and video production experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.

What You’ll Do
