Digitas in Boston is seeking an Associate Director, Media Finance to lead a high‑performing team and serve as the finance partner to media capabilities and clients. You will drive performance, audit accuracy, and timely billing while shaping the financial governance across the media practice.

You will manage relationships with clients and agency leaders, coach staff, and implement scalable processes for Media, Accounts Payable and Client Finance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or higher; experience in media planning/buying or finance-driven agency roles.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships in an agency setting.
• Deep understanding of online media planning, ad-serving tools, and billing reconciliation processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytics, and performance optimization capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Represent client portfolio to Finance and agency leadership with performance updates and risks.
• Coach team members to ensure high-quality, consistent work.
• Establish processes between Media, Media Finance, Accounts Payable and Client Finance.
• Ensure audit compliance and prompt billing reconciliation with clients.
• Manage and mentor junior staff and meet deadlines.
• Ensure campaign financial documents are filed and compliant.
