Job summary

Digitas is seeking an Associate Director, Media Finance to lead the Media Finance team, partner with clients and internal stakeholders, and deliver exceptional work.

The role requires 6–8 years in media and finance, agency leadership experience, and deep knowledge of MediaOcean Prisma/MBOX, Excel, and performance analysis. You will supervise and develop leaders while traveling as needed to support clients.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 6–8 years of experience in online media planning/buying/operations or a finance-driven role at a creative agency.
• Previous management experience in an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of online media planning, ad-serving tools, media billing reconciliation, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client portfolio to Finance and agency leadership with performance updates.
• Coach team members to ensure high-quality, compliant work.
• Facilitate collaboration between Media, Media Finance, Accounts Payable and Client Finance.
• Maintain audit readiness and prompt billing reconciliation.
• Lead timelines for media teams and provide process structure for junior staff.
• Mentor direct reports and travel as needed.
