Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required with 6–8 years in online media planning/buying/operations or finance-focused role at a creative agency.
• Strong management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Deep knowledge of online media planning, ad-serving tools, billing reconciliation, negotiation, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Represent client portfolio to Finance and agency leadership with updates on performance, risks, and initiatives.
• Coach team members to ensure high-quality work and maintain audit compliance and prompt billing reconciliation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Media, Media Finance, Accounts Payable, and Client Finance.
• Guide and mentor direct reports with performance reviews and career development.
