The role is hybrid, based in multiple US offices or remote within the US, with flexibility to suit team and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in client‑facing roles within media.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Mediaocean is a plus.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Media Planner and Senior Media Planner workflow and deadlines.
• Craft insights and recommendations for monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Identify opportunities to test partners and tactics with the client.
• Own RFP process, rank proposals, and assist in vendor negotiations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day campaign implementation and optimization.
• Present media tactical and reporting slides.
• Manage budgets and vendor reconciliation.
• Coordinate website tagging/measurement tasks with ad ops.
