Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, Client Experience (Media) to lead strategy development, mentor staff, and optimize media processes. You’ll work on sponsor relationships, ranking proposals, and driving effective campaigns across multiple partners.

The role emphasizes client care, cross‑channel media oversight, and opportunities to improve workflow and reporting. The position is hybrid in the US (New York, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or remote within the US) and requires 4–6 years

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in client-facing roles within media.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Mediaocean is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Media Planner and Senior Media Planner workflow and deadlines.
• Craft insights and recommendations for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Identify opportunities to test partners and tactics and present to client.
• Own RFP process, rank proposals, and contribute to vendor negotiations.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign implementation and optimization.
• Present media tactical slides and reporting materials.
• Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and vendor reconciliation.
• Coordinate website tagging/measurement tasks with ad ops teams.
