Job summary

Active International in Pearl River, NY is seeking a motivated Media Coordinator to support local campaigns from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with the VP, Director of Client Services and Account Directors in the Local Media department to ensure accurate setup, tracking, and reporting for client campaigns.

You will coordinate with local media buyers, prepare proposals, traffic instructions, and post-buy analyses while maintaining strong relationships with stations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of media-related work experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; knowledge of media buying software is a plus.
• Internet navigation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP/Directors to support campaigns from start to finish.
• Receive and process client specs with Account Director.
• Set up campaigns in pre-buy systems for buyers.
• Collect estimates and verify billing information.
• Prepare proposals and documentation for clients.
• Prepare traffic lists and post-buy reports.
• Review schedules and postings for accuracy with clients.
• Reconcile billing packets and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with ad hoc projects.
