Active International in Pearl River, NY is seeking a motivated Media Assistant to support the Unwired Media group by maintaining advertisements from inception to completion. You will prepare orders, verify contracts, enter changes in the stewardship system, and assist with billing, reports, and ad hoc projects while developing relationships with station reps and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Up to 1 year of related experience preferred in media/administrative settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
• Proficiency in Outlook or similar email and task manager preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare paperwork to follow new orders to stations, including traffic instructions, letter of liability or credit requests as needed.
• Confirm receipt of orders, collect contracts from stations and/or station representatives; check contracts for accuracy.
• Enter / make good adjustments and preemptions into the media stewardship system after Buyer approval.
• Collect pre- and post-logs by deadline; ensure log times are entered and reports pulled; follow up on discrepancies.
• Review reports and proofs for accuracy (profit and loss, spot separation).
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies and Invoice Matching Reports (IMRs).
• Develop relationships within Active and with external station reps.
• Assist and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
