Active International in Pearl River, NY, is seeking a Media Assistant to coordinate Direct Response media campaigns from inception to completion. You will work with buyers, networks, and agencies to support execution and maintenance of media placements.

You will help gather rates, maintain contact lists, handle orders, and manage post logs and schedules across CORE Direct, MediaOcean, and PeopleSoft while ensuring timely reporting and reconciliations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Up to one year related experience in administrative/media capacity is preferred.
• Experience with MediaOcean, CORE Direct and PeopleSoft is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist buyers in gathering rates and inventory from networks.
• Maintain media representative lists with contact details.
• Send orders and follow up to obtain written confirmations.
• Prepare control sheets for local and national stations/networks.
• Update monthly programming grids and post logs with network data.
• Input schedules into MediaOcean and PeopleSoft.
• Monitor pre-logs and ensure accurate air times.
• Reconcile local air times and assist with invoice reconciliation.
