of Client Services and Account Directors to manage campaigns, set up pre-buy processes, gather estimates, and prepare thorough reports and documentation. You will coordinate with account teams to ensure schedules and posts align with client guidelines, reconcile billing, and assist with post-buy analyses while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of media-related work experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Media Buying software, a plus.
• Ability to effectively navigate the Internet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with Account Director to evaluate specs from client.
• Sends out avail requests.
• Sets up campaign in pre-buy system for buyers.
• Requests the proper estimates and verifies billing information.
• Liaises with Account Directors to send proposals to client with all pertinent documentation.
• Prepares traffic list to sends to the client.
• Pulls all final reports and reviews for accuracy.
• Reconciles final client billing packets.
• Reviews weekly posts for assigned clients; verifies schedules are posting in accordance with client guidelines; reports findings to Account Director.
• Prepares and reviews post-buy analyses for accuracy.
• Prepares paperwork to follow new orders to stations, including traffic instructions and liability/credit requests.
• Confirms receipt of orders, collects contracts; checks contracts for accuracy.
• Enters make good adjustments and preemptions into the media stewardship system.
• Collects pre- and post-logs by deadline; ensures log times are entered; reports discrepancies.
• Reviews various reports and proofs for accuracy (P&L, spot reports).
• Trouble shoots and resolves billing discrepancies and IMRs.
• Develops productive relationships with Active and external station reps.
• Assists and participates in ad hoc projects.
