Job summary

Digitas in Boston is seeking a Media Business Operations Analyst to collaborate with Media, Accounts Payable and Client Finance daily. You will focus on monthly reconciliation, invoice verification, and maintaining proper financial documentation to support operational excellence.

You will report to the Media Business Operations Manager, provide regular updates on reconciliation progress, and help ensure media campaigns stay within client budgets while meeting deliverables.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Creative agency experience desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly requests for invoices with partners.
• Complete invoice reconciliation after media delivery verification.
• Perform invoice discrepancy resolution in a timely fashion.
• Provide ad hoc spend reporting, media billing and project support as applicable.
• Impart daily support to media, finance, accounts payable, and partners.
• Execute monthly media delivery processes to verify adherence to contracts.
