Job summary

Digitas is seeking a Media Finance Senior Analyst to lead client billing, reporting, tracking, and operations for its media clients. You will establish processes between Media, Accounts Payable, and Client Finance, build trust with clients, and ensure audit compliance.

The role requires a four-year degree and 3+ years in online media, strong Excel skills, experience with SAP or MediaOcean, and the ability to analyze performance. We offer robust benefits and a competitive USD salary.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 3+ years of online media experience in a planning/buying/operations role or finance-driven capacity.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization, multitasking and time management.
• Excellent communication skills—articulate, straightforward, thoughtful.
• Understanding of online media planning and ad-serving tools; familiarity with billing reconciliation; performance analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP/MediaOcean.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a successful working process between Media, Media Business Operations, Accounts Payable and Client Finance
• Building trust and credibility with clients by ensuring audit compliance and prompt billing reconciliation
• Holding monthly billing meetings and holding media teams accountable for client deliverables
• Ensuring that campaign financial documents are correctly filed and updated according to compliance regulations
• Creating positive relationships with other departments to facilitate communication and feedback
• Suggesting process improvements and approaching tasks with an analytical mindset
• Working with analysts to ensure all client work is delivered as planned and mentoring day-to-day tasks
• Ad-hoc requests/projects from team and clients
