Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a lead to manage client billing, reporting, tracking and operations for media clients in the Boston area.

You will coordinate between Media, Accounts Payable and Client Finance, ensure audit compliance and timely billing, and present monthly billing results to clients. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills and experience with SAP or MediaOcean.

Qualifications

• A four year college degree and 3+ years of online media experience in either a media planning/buying/operations role or a finance driven capacity, preferably at a creative agency
• A stellar ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills – articulate, straightforward and thoughtful and kind
• In-depth understanding of online media planning and ad-serving tools, understanding of media billing reconciliation, and negotiation/analysis familiarity is a plus
• Proficiency of MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP and MediaOcean is preferred

Responsibilities

• Establishing a successful working process between Media, Media Business Operations, Accounts Payable and Client Finance
• Building trust and credibility with clients by ensuring audit compliance and prompt billing reconciliation
• Holding monthly billing meetings and holding media teams accountable for client deliverables
• Ensuring that campaign financial documents are correctly filed and updated according to compliance regulations
• Creating positive relationships with other departments to facilitate communication and feedback
• Suggest process improvements with an analytical approach
• Work with analysts to ensure all client work is delivered as planned and mentor day-to-day tasks
• Handle ad-hoc requests from team and clients
