AMC Global Media in New York, NY is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Pricing & Inventory and Direct Response team. You will manage booked business, foster agency relationships, and assist Account Directors with deal execution from order letters to traffic instructions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years in a sales environment or internship. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; some remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales or internship is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office—Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage booked business and key accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers.
• Support Account Directors on deal management.
• Prepare order letters to enter deals into systems.
• Send traffic instructions and track tapes.
• Maintain outlists and cut-off times for Account Directors.
• Send flowcharts and log times to agencies.
• Resolve discrepancies with assistants/buyers and negotiate makegoods.
• Enter sales plans into WideOrbit.
• Process allocations, flighting and move requests.
