Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to join a client's Content Operations Team. The role focuses on supervising and maintaining content in the Media Asset Management system to ensure global quality standards.

Ideal candidates will work with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and advance asset workflows for long-term efficiency, leveraging a sound technical acumen and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Media and Entertainment with content management, QC and distribution workflows.
• Experience prompting AI LLMs to automate tasks.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of common digital media formats, standards and codecs – Video, Audio, Captions, Images & Metadata.
• Understanding of Cloud Storage.
• Knowledge of JSON and XML files.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain content within the Media Asset Management system to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and resolve issues and improve asset management workflows.
• Support the Manager, Content Ops – Media Assets in resolving near-term production issues.
