Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to join a client's Content Operations Team. The role focuses on supervising and maintaining content in the Media Asset Management system to ensure global quality standards.

Ideal candidates will work with Product and Engineering to resolve issues and advance asset workflows for long-term efficiency, leveraging a sound technical acumen and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Media and Entertainment with content management, QC and distribution workflows.
• Experience prompting AI LLMs to automate tasks.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of common digital media formats, standards and codecs – Video, Audio, Captions, Images & Metadata.
• Understanding of Cloud Storage.
• Knowledge of JSON and XML files.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

• Understanding of Cloud Storage (understand the concept)

Job Description

We are seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to join the clients Content Operations Team. This position will play a significant role in the supervision and maintenance of content within its Media Asset Management system, ensuring quality standards for our global teams.

This role will work in support of the Manager, Content Ops – Media Assets in resolving near-term production issues and in advancing and improving our asset management workflows for long-term efficiency. A sound technical acumen and an ability to interface with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve issues are critical attributes that will drive success.

Ideal backgrounds include Pluto TV, Tubi, Roku, Paramount, Warner Bros., NBCUniversal, Sony, Deluxe, Technicolor, Pixelogic, or similar media organizations.
