Overtime is seeking a Media Asset Manager to support our fast-paced production environment. You will oversee the lifecycle of our media—from ingest and organization through distribution, archival, and retention—administering Iconik and related storage workflows.

You will help ensure media is accessible, secure, and scalable for producers, editors, and content teams. The ideal candidate blends technical media systems expertise with production workflows, excels at organization and collaboration,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media asset management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based MAM/DAM platforms (Iconik preferred).
• Strong understanding of ingest, storage, archive, and delivery workflows.
• Experience with AWS S3 and storage tiers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of media assets: ingest, metadata, QC, storage, retrieval, distribution, archiving, retention, retirement.
• Administer and optimize media asset management, digital asset management, storage, and archive platforms.
• Manage camera media and production assets: offloading, verification, backup, organization, delivery to post-production.
• Establish and maintain metadata, taxonomy, file-naming, and folder organization standards.
• Maintain integrity, accessibility, security, and discoverability of the media library.
• Monitor storage capacity and workflow performance; identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Support archive, retention, and recovery practices to protect content and IP.
• Train and support users on systems, tools, and workflows.
