Job summary

Med-Trans is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The role supports safe patient transfers with a medical team and ensures aircraft readiness per manuals and regulatory requirements.

You will maintain required certifications, work with dispatch and flight crews, and participate in shift handoffs. A competitive package includes a generous salary, sign-on bonus, housing, and a 7/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours, 1,500 Helicopter Hours, 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours, 500 Turbine Hours, 200 Night Hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch according to manuals and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Assist with shift handoffs and adhere to recording procedures for changes.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• AS350 Aircraft Experience
