Job summary

Med-Trans is actively recruiting a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services with a focus on safety and compliance. The role requires extensive flight time, rotorcraft certification, and turbine helicopter experience, with a structured 7/7 schedule and housing options on duty.

Team-based operations will involve coordination with medical personnel, dispatch, and partners to ensure timely, safe patient transfers under regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours and helicopter hours meet listed requirements.
• Night flight hours requested as part of experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a medical team to and from locations.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch and cleanliness.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements
