The Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Microbiology Laboratory professional at the Canton Campus to perform a broad range of microbiology testing, specimen processing and QA activities. The role supports accurate diagnostics and therapy through skilled laboratory work.

Responsibilities include operating complex instruments, ensuring test quality, and mentoring students as part of a high-volume, 24/7 lab environment. A commitment to safety and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology or equivalent.
• Willingness to fill the CLIA role of Technical Consultant or General Supervisor as defined by CAP.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and complex microbiology tests.
• Operate instruments and perform quality control.
• Exercise professional judgment to manage test workload.
