Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Technical Specialist in Microbiology at the Canton Campus to supervise, ensure quality assurance, and maintain timely testing services for diverse specimens. Qualifications

• BS in Science with twelve-month MLS/MT training and MLS certification or MLS registry-eligible.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Flow Cytometry.
• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Flow Cytometry, Electrophoresis and other testing areas including accreditation and quality.
• Mentors staff and directs daily laboratory operations to ensure prompt, accurate results.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
