Cogir Senior Living in Bellevue, WA seeks a Medication Technician (Med Tech – CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care, assisting residents with medication administration and daily living activities per personalized plans. You will join a supportive team ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Requirements include a CNA/HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and a willingness to obtain Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Certificates. Weekend rotation and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and storage; coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Promote independence and offer emotional support through engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Facilitate open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
