Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and support for residents, assisting with daily living activities and medication administration in a licensed capacity.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. The community emphasizes dignity, respect, and responsive care.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must satisfactorily pass all medication cart audits assigned.
• Must attend 4 additional hours of medication administration education annually.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain policies and procedures knowledge for the position.
• Perform housekeeping and dining room duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Support activity planning and coordination for residents.
