Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech/Med Care Manager (QMAP) to administer and document medications per physician orders under the direction of the Wellness Director. This full-time, non-exempt role offers starting pay of $22.00 per hour and requires CO QMAP certification and ability to follow medication regulations.

You will support residents with daily care needs, observe for side effects, and collaborate with licensed nurses to maintain safety and comfort in a compassionate,

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• QMAP in CO; Medication Administration training; First Aid as required by ALF.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document prescribed medications per orders.
• Order meds from pharmacy 7 days prior to running out and ensure delivery.
• Document meds in resident records after administration.
• Observe and report medication reactions or side effects.
• Take and record vital signs prior to medications as ordered.
• Assist with care plans and daily resident needs.
