Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• QMAP certification in CO required.
• First Aid certification as required by ALF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and document appropriately.
• Document medications given in resident medical records with date and initials.
• Take vital signs prior to medication administration.
• Assist with care plans and daily living tasks for residents.
