Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Waldorf, MD, is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. You will administer medications within scope, document in EMAR/MAR, and coordinate with the nursing team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of Medication Aide Course, and current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• CNA and Med Tech licensure in good standing.
• Completion of Medication Aide Course.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Support residents with activities of daily living.
• Respond to calls and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain medication carts and complete audits as assigned.
• Document resident status and changes in EMAR/MAR.
• Follow infection control and confidentiality policies.
• Attend required training and in-services.
• Support residents with move-in transitions and daily activities.
