Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is hiring a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. The role includes assisting with daily activities, meals, and mobility, while observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

Medication-related duties are performed under supervision; confidentiality and safety are emphasized throughout shifts. Qualified candidates have CNA certification (or equivalent) and a high school diploma, with

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents during shifts.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions of residents.
• Respond to call bells promptly and ensure resident safety.
• Assist with continence management and daily living activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Respect privacy and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Engage residents in activities to promote independence and well‑being.
• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors; assist with laundry as needed.
• Assist with medication observation and reporting under supervision.
