Job summary

A senior living community in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to oversee residents and assist with their daily needs. Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.

• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designated group of residents; checks on them through the shift.
• Observes, reports, and documents residents' conditions.
• Responds to security system and resident call bells.
• Notifies supervisor about any increased care needs.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms.
• Engages residents in activities of daily living.
