Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is hiring for Caregiver and Medication Tech roles at our Wisconsin communities. The positions involve resident care, daily living assistance, medication monitoring, and teamwork with nurses and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during shift; monitor and check on residents regularly.
• Observe and document symptoms or changes in residents' condition, including skin, weight, appetite and activity.
• Respond to safety systems and call bells promptly, notify supervisor if needs increase.
• Distribute meals, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain cleanliness of rooms.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation per policy; restock cart and maintain medication room.
