• Ability to communicate clearly, work with teams, and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures relevant to the role.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate staff.
• Communicate resident status and needs in writing and verbally.
• Support moving residents to meals and activities and assist as needed.
