Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living, including medication administration within scope of practice. You will support residents, document accurately, and maintain confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, has completed the Medication Aide Course, and holds both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing, with ability to pass medication observations and cart audits.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Reports incidents and concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains medication carts and documents in EMAR/MAR.
• Passes medication administration observations and attends trainings.
• Supports residents with move-ins and daily activities.
• Ensures confidentiality of resident information.
