Job summary

SRIM is seeking Med Techs to support Heartful Care residents at Seagrass Village, Fleming Island, FL. This full-time role runs 7:00am–7:00pm and 7:00pm–7:00am shifts, with responsibilities including medication supervision, ADL assistance, dining room service, and activity participation.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, MED-Tech certification, and experience with EMR systems, delivering compassionate care consistent with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervises self-administration of medication.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Interacts empathetically with residents and families.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Participates in leisure activities as per calendar.
• Responds promptly to resident requests for assistance.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in care and documentation.
