Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence.
• Speaks to/interacts with residents at all levels of care with empathy and respect.
• Observes and reports changes in resident health and emotional well-being.
• Serves and assists residents in dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all residents.
