Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech - CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, including medication administration and assistance with daily living activities. You will join a team focused on resident well-being, safety, and dignity, in a supportive environment.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and a willingness to obtain Nurse Delegation or Diabetes Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Certification or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication as outlined in their care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist with medication inventory, storage, and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
• Promote independence and engagement through life enrichment activities.
